In October 2021, I started working as a graphic designer for Galaxy ICT Consultancy Ltd, and one of the companies I began designing for was Teeneagle. Teeneagle is an International English Language Competition for students from grade 5 to 12 and it is accredited and certified by Brooke House College, one of the UK's top colleges. Teeneagle challenges students and gives them the opportunity to showcase and improve their English skills.
My responsibilities included producing both digital and print content, following the brand guidelines and producing social media content to improve engagement with the international competition. This job role also came with other opportunities, such as becoming a Teeneagle Representative, which led to me taking onboard other job roles such as CRM tasks, presenting to international audiences and working with company representatives and clients, briefing and advising them in regard to design style, format and deadlines, to meet their needs.
Below are some of the designs I have produced for the company between the years 2021 and 2022 so far.

For Teeneagle's designs, I was told to make them eye-catching and vibrant, with lots of shapes and imagery; also minimal textual information due to the audience mainly being young international students, who do not speak English as their first language.
I found that my best method of designing in this way was to keep my content bright and punchy and chunk/paragraph my information more frequently that usual, using multiple colours, so that the information can easily be broken down and translated accordingly.
